Hi to all,

i'm new on Siemens world. I made a project where I have an MTP1000 unified comfort panel and now i need to export the datalog in csv format that are stored in the sd card.

How I can get those files from remote (vpn connection) ? I was used to manage this with a ftp client or native manufacturer tools on other hmi, with Siemens I had a look on the forum but i didn't find any solution.

There are several options to access this data. You can download them in csv to a USB, send the files by email or access the panel online. In this link you can find more information
