I am working on a small program to turn on and off a motor, using S7-315 and HMI Mobile Panel MPP 277 in Tia Portal v14. The program works fine in simulation and can be loaded onto the physical HMI, but it seems there is no communication with the PLC since pressing the buttons does not trigger anything. The simulation works fine when I do the trigger.

I have configured the S7Online(Step7) - Network Card.TCPIP.1 in the control panel. And the following configuration in the HMI communication. What could be the solution? Thank you! 

 Yes I have, I am even able to download the program but just not getting anything when I push the buttons.

show your systemalarms on the Panel and show also HMI tag in an IO field from the PLC does it show ### ?

Also you should see systemalarms if the connection is established or not (and perhaps some additional information whats going on).

check if the HMI sees the PLC -> you can start a command prompt on the Panel in WinCE and use a PING
