I am trying to connect a Connect a ET200SP HA to a redundant 400 cpu.

I have created the cpu's with a Profinet i/o system under each CPU ethernet onboard port .

When i drag the IM155-6 PN HA with redundant interface (6DL1 155-6AU00-0PM0) to these Profinet i/o systems in Hw-config

First the system ask me if I want to connect the redundant interface also on Profinet i/o system "B", and when I press "YES" software show me that "Not the same system family" Error #13.4016 .

I have try to check on the card manual, but I haven't found a solution for my problem.

Probably i have to set the I/O system differently, but I haven't understand how.

Hi,

You are probably dragging in the "IM155-6 PN HA Red Vx.x" instead of the "IM155-6 PN HA Vx.x".

The Red is for R1 redundancy. The not Red is for S2 redundancy. See the module description at the bottom of the hw catalogue.

I solved this by updating the Firmware version configured for both CPUs in HW Config.

I had V8.1 selected in the config whilst the CPU itself was updated to V8.2.4. 

I replaced the V8.1 object for the V8.2.3 (the highest version available to me) on both CPUs  and then I could drag in the redundant version.
