I need some indication to find the best solution and optimize of plc program. I make inspection by camera to find defect on part and if i receive not ok score, have to be run rejection system 0.5m away.

Vision system is triggered based on positive edge of induction sensor. Next vision system process data and return score ( bool ok or nok). In my function after appear new score I check first free index in table,  write  current encoder value and inspection result. Simultainosly I make calculation current encoder val - first index in table where written enc value and if 0.5m will achieved I set true on  second input in scl function. Based on this table is shiftup for one index.

I would like little bit to change approach but I can't to program it properly.

Now I would like make following:

1) Based on first input of scl function if positive edge on sensor appear, write to table current encoder val,

2) Based on second input of scl function if i receive  score from sensor, to find first free place in score collumn corresponding last encoder val and to write score,

3) Based on third input of scl function to make the same as currently - shift up table by one place/index.

This approach is more flexible because inspection time sometimes is change and this fixed distance is not always good during rejection.

This process is little fast , three parts per second, I affraid if not be situation that in the same time will be write new enc val and shift up table.

Could someone help me to optimize this program/ function ?

As all your code seems to live in a single block I can't imagine such a situation.

Regarding "optimization", whatever you mean, check this topic.
