if you can´t go online and reset to factory settings, you need a Simatic Memory Card to reset PLC:

Hi,

it was discussed several times in the forum and is also stated in the manual.

If the current password is not known, a reset to factory settings is only possible via a SIMATIC Memory Card.

Simplified:

• delete project files from SMC
  
• configure SMC as "Transfer Card"
• Use the SMC as transfer card once to transfer an "empty project"
