Importing DataType/Blocks xmls to TIA

AutoGen_8820492 Member Joined: 5/10/2022 Last visit: 5/23/2025 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I am having problem with importing Data Type and FCs in TIA18, when running the import function I encounter an error, which says: " 'Error when calling method 'Import' of type 'Siemens.Engineering.SW.Types.PlcTypeComposition'. Missing ''Namespace'' identifier attribute from the '0' object at line number 6 at line position 4.' " I tried to change the namespace and other things (like xml structure), but this error persisted. I added the xml in attachment, if someone sees if there is anything wrong with it. Thanks for advice in advance. Attachment exampleDataType.txt (236 Downloads)
