I too experience a similar meaninglessness. I couldn't understand whether the problem was in the computer or the router. What can I do to solve this?

I can access the plc program online. wincc communication works smoothly. I can install programs. But I don't see anything in the accessible devices section or proneta.

The computer is connected to a wifi network with an access point. Beyond this wifi network, I am talking about communication with the plc, which is connected to a client wifi device.

Firewall is off, no antivirus program. everything is clear.

What do you think can be done?
