 Siemens has an application example for that, using Telegram 352. Look it up from SiePortal.

So, I put the state words, and comand word on the code, but the drive velocity is very diferent of the velocity that appear on the watch table.

What I am doing wrong?

 Did you download the application example? There is documentation and examples and you can see how it's made. The raw values are engineering values, that you need to scale. The scaling you can see from the application example.
