Dear Team,

I have an Xworks Eng. license activated in old PC. I want to transfer the license to a new laptop.I tried the transferring the license, but an error "Please select trusted license" occurs all time. Kindly support.

your license is a TPM type, so it is a certificate license type and this is not possible to return. 

Once is registered against dongle or TPM, then is not possible to return. 

Only trusted store license is possible to return online, a dongle license is possible to get renewed only if the dongle is returned to HQ, but TPM is connected to HW of the PC, so there is not return. 

How long is remaining time for license? If is it a few months only, then just order a new license. If is it almost whole year, then contact your local Siemens BP office and they will try to provide more help regarding this.
