If not, then I understand that the license has been corrupted. You can check it in the Automation License Manager by clicking on it > Check.

If so, then the RT license is corrupted. Please open the WinCC flexible project and compile, then check the number of power tags. Is this number below 512 Power tags?

But if you start simulation or PC Runtime then theoretically there is one needed. But check out this: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109810854 Its the same if you would have WinCC flexible Bye Murof
