when the temp rasises above 30c both the coolers are getting on. pls can you check. the last program was working fine with the high temp change over

The problem is the auto/manual switch from your first description. Please define them more precisely.In my opinion you can do without them. All you need to do is delete C4 and B012.

currently i am having 230 RCE model. pls can you suggest me for an upgradation for using analog input temp sensor. and extension module for this program

To do this you need the AM2 RTD extension.This can be connected to a 230 RCE. However, it requires a different voltage !  It's best to read the system manual. That will describe it exactly

also can you give me a reset input,a momentry push button, to reset the trip from comp high temp.because program is in stop when trip occurs in any input i5,i6. i have attached the screenshot,when it stops. for your ref.

There are a few ways to do this. I find the acknowledgment with the help of a message text to be the most elegant.

thank you for the information provided. i have attached my program as per my requirement i have some doubts in this pls guide through.

1. i need to do change over once when temp raises 30 C.pls tell me where to connect that block.

2. trip changeover, where to connect in this program.

3.is there any way this program can be simplified.

Additionally, apply an edge pulse from the 30° threshold switch to the weekly switchover (via an OR operation).

The higher the demands, the more complex a program becomes... . However, if you don't work properly when creating it and draw connections through building blocks, or even place connections on top of each other, even a very simple program becomes an almost insoluble challenge.
