Hello soorjar, Your question is a little bit confusing. And there is a lot of variables that can be different, starting on software versions, licenses, what type of network card are you using, installed software etc... If i understand correctly, you have S7-400H redundant PLC and 2 WinCC OS Servers? I guess this are WinCC V7.x or V8.0? And not WinCC Professional? In Step7 You need to have configured S7-400H station and 2 PC Station with WinCC application and WinCC application redundant. In NetPro you have to define S7 fault tolerant NamedConnection (of you chosen name) with S7-400H station and WinCC Application as communication partners. One for each WinCC server. This connections have to be downloaded to both partner station - S7-400H and to PC Station (WinCC App). On PC Station you will have to have SIMATIC Net installed in order to use S7 fault tolerant on PC Station. You will need to properly setup PC station Configurator also. As part of SimaticNet there is a S7 communication diagnostic tool where you can find all connections loaded to a PC station and their state (see pictures). Can be found on Start -> All Programs -> Siemens Automation ->Simatic Net. Are you using SoftNet or HardNet for S7-RedConnect? So there are a lot of variables and things that can be challenging (software installation, configuration, licenses). So please, it is important to try to explain problem you are facing clearly. Start with this FAQ and build up. Please first try to read other topics as this one, before posting. And try to explain your problem as clearly as you can. We are community here, after all.
