I have a problem with communication between real MTP700 and real S7 1500/1200

WinCC simulations woks fine (communicates) with both real and PLCsim

If i download this project to real MTP700, it's not getting tags from real PLC

Tryied new clean project (one screen, one variable), different ethernet ports on MTP, no success.

Do you have an alarm Control in your project and get an alarm there?

It might be because of the certificates and the system time.

i had this problem about certificate and the result was that plc and HMI don't comunicate.

If you go on cpu's properties -> Protection & Security -> Certificate Manager 

You can see your certificate and you find "Valid until"

If the HMI has a date before this date it doesn't comunicate with your PLC.

To fix this problem you have to :

1 change validity of your certificate

2 change date of HMI

Go To: PLC CPU Properties/Protection & Security/Certificate Manager

-Delete the Old Certificate

-Create a new Certificate, Valid From 1900, and the Valid until 2100 with all IP Addresses added in your network

GO To: PLC CPU Properties/Protection & Security/Connection mechanisms

-Select the PLC communication Certificate as the one you just made

Now you will have communication, and be able to set the correct Date/ Time
