➡️Could you please first check the hardware side by using a move block to check 15mA in output, You can move 20,736 to QW64 directly and check if it's showing 15 mA current.

As @0_Einstein said you may be using M0.0 bit as clock bits in your PLC, change the MD0 to MD200 or some other memory that is not colliding with the tag.

✳️For checking the program logic you can monitor the output of norm_x first and check if you are getting the desired value, then monitor output of scale_x.
