Dear Siemen's experts I tried to upload from my SD card. I used 'upload device as new station'. And it returned an error message. I saved report but i don't know how to read it. Could you please help me where to read the info of error in this file . Attachmentmail siemen.zip (304 Downloads) |

Hi, Hopefully you have already contacted Siemens Technical Support for help with this issue. Reading crash reports usually requires additional knowledge from the development teams. However, the screenshot shows a warning about a custom Hardware Support Package (HSP). This HSP may be mandatory, but in most cases you will not get it from Siemens without the permission of the customer for whom the HSP was created. Kind regards |
