Having V19 on one screen and V18 on the other and painstakingly copying each row of code by hand into the older version. Best Regards AnJ_Automa

But some of the Step7 portions might. Code written in SCL / STL can be exported to text files. Otherwise there are ways via Openness to export to XML files. It is less clear (to me) if the process is possible for WinCC or any other of the other components inside TIA Portal. Contact Siemens by using the Support Request link. Perhaps V18 / V19 have some other super powers or they may have suggestions other than buying your client an upgrade. Please let this user's forum know what possibilities has been suggested.
