Hello..

I am facing Issue in the Sinamics S120/CU320 . The system fault history showing the following error.

Fault code: 7565 encoder error in profidrive encoder interface.

31431 encoder 1:Deviation position incremental/absolute.

31115 amplitude error track A/B

This error not happening continuously but at times, more than 10 time a day

Please let me know the possible causes for this issue.
