Not sure why you want to convert something written in the language best suited for efficiently expressing the required logic.

If you really *need* to convert the SCL to FBD, you might consider using multiple blocks to break up  / group logic pieces.  That may result in something somewhat understandable, but not nearly as clear as the current SCL.
