F-TM StepDrive

David1981 Posts: 161 Rating: (2)	Hello, I would like to control a stepper motor with the et200sp F-TM StepDrive ST 6BK1136-6SB00-0BU0 card, but I can't find anything on the subject. The encoder has A and B track only and no Z track. Hence the drive it self runs not on closed loop speed control s(similar to a servo control). It is a heterodyned stepper mode, to avoid loosing of steps. There the adjustment of the run current is important. The achievabl speed depends not only on the nos of pole pairs, it depends on the run current too.
