CP_5623 card not detecting

I have installed SIMATIC_NET_PC_Software_V19 also, but card is not detecting, I have checked through Device manager but it`s not showing in that. I have Inserted the same CP_5623 card in another IPC-610H, it`s detecting in this. Does anyone knows the solution for this? Attachment PG_PC.png (321 Downloads)
