Dear Expert,

     We have Simatic management console v9.1 sp1,udp1 installed on pc, and agent software on the agent PC, both console and agent PC's are in the same domain, and in between them external firewall is connected. In both PCs local firewall is off and we added TCP & UDP 7911 & 7912 ports on the external firewall. we are logging in with the user who has administrator rights and who is a member of simatic management administrator & simatic management user.

    In the console pc nothing is showing in non-assigned computers and when I am trying to add an agent pc it is showing cross on the agent pc, also in the agent configurator of the agent pc showing -- in the current and last assigned management console area.

   Kindly support me in resolving the above problem.

Target computers will only get connected when the "File and printer sharing" option in MS Windows is turned on in both Console and Target computer.
