Fabio_156 Member Joined: 4/24/2020 Last visit: 1/7/2026 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Good morning experts I'm developing a runtime application with TIA19 unified update 2 I need to put a column in the alarm control where is displayed the user who acknowledged the alarms. it must then still appear in the alarm log. all my alarms are bit read on the plc I tried with the user name column, but the help says: "For alarms triggered by a variable, no user name is shown in the alarm display." In fact I don't see anything. I tried with the script using HMIRuntime.Alarming.SysFct.CreateSystemInformation but I don't understand where to find the information that is written. Do you have any more information? Thank you
