How can we add a login pop up similar to what we have in TP700 on wincc unified panel - MTP1500 - Tia portal V17?

To get a login dialog on a user action, you need to configure some users with different roles and assign some function rights to the roles. For a screen object, configure a function right on the "Authorization" property ("Security > Authorization"). If the active user does not have the required function right, a system-defined logon dialog will appear, asking for some user credentials. For more information, see "Configuring user management in the engineering system for Runtime" in the system manual.
