Hope you are well. I was wondering whether I can make act Semeins hmi as mqtt client to communicate with mqtt broker. Is is possible with semins hmi (ktp, kp series)?

There are some HMI solutions that have a clould connector componet to get connected via MQTT

for example WinCC V7/8 (LINK)

WinCC Comfort/Mobile Panels or Basic panels do not have connectivity via MQTT implemented

Also for Unified Panels there is no native driver implemented but here I heard of MQTT Edge apps.

Almost all HMI devices (expect Basic Panels) an use OPC UA Server/Client connectivity
