I am getting offsets in absolute positions through accelerations and decelerations.

I have used the script and calculated some extrapolator times.

My S120 drive is the master and my second S120 drive is IPO follower to the first, 3 ms on D445.  

The second S120 drive above is the master to a velocity gearing following axis, a 3rd S120.

The absolute position offsets of the three are intolerable, should I extrapolate each of these groups?  I am coupled setpoint from 2nd to first, and actual value with extrapolater set to 9e+3 and 1e-7 velocity filter and slight improvement compared to both pairs under setpoint coupling only.  

Ideas?

Presuming axes are optimized well and are in sync on master's setpoint, see the Chapter 11. It doesn't apply to the third axis. As this is a speed gearing, your expectations of precision regarding this axis are unjustified.
