which link do you mean? This one? http://lksol.eu/index.php/en/downloads/ If yes then you should contact lksol or the user which referred to the webpage, because this isn't a Siemens webpage and Siemens cannot fix it. 

Off topic/ suggestion: If you have an issue, it's always better to create an own topic with all relevant details instead of crashing an old topic. Why? Because users, who enabled the notification for a conference, get an e-mail that a new topic was created.
