2 Client Microsoft Windows 10

Everytime that IT department of the customer work on firewall (update of something else) clients (both) loose connection and need to be restarted. Sometimes is not enough and Server too need to be restarted

Someone as suggestion?

Hi,

Do you know if they connect remotely to the WinCC Server using RDP? That could stop the server services and therefore lose communication with the clients:

Remote access to WinCC stations (WinCC V7/V8 and WinCC Professional)

These services are only restored when the entire PC is restarted.
