please go to HMI tags > Show all tags.

1. Select all tags in this list (e.g. by use of CTRL+a) and then press the fourth button on top of the tags-editor (synchronize with the PLC tag). 

2. Select "Paths of the PLC tags and the data type match.", maybe de-select "Replace WinCC tag name ..." and press Synchronize.

3. If everything ok, synchronize again and select "Paths of the PLC tags, data type and absolute address match."

Is there any tag that cannot be synchronized?

You have to open the engineering project and check there or ask your supplier to do so.

This might be very late, but i hope it helps someone who comes along. You are receiving the error because the HMI cannot find the tag in the PLC. You haven't updated your PLC program. Download your code to the simulated PLC and try again

In my the same error 190004 I found the solution I changed type of my Tags (WString => String)

I have confronted with same problem at S71200 and TP700 project with Tia V15. Alarm address is ALARM2 MW80 word in PLC tags. System alarm message appeared 190004 "Tag ALARM2 : PLC Address Error"

My solution:

Tia portal >HMI Tags> ALARM2>access mode: symbolic.> absolute addresses
