Perhaps it is best if you explain completely what you are attempting to do. In the here and now your question reads like a code from a spy novel. Also do not loose sight that you can ask Phoenix Contact also.

In my present HW configuration I use S7-1500 PLC (TIA portal) with AXL SE RS 485 as Modbus RTU comunication modules.

But , as pointed above, ModbusComm_Load is just to parametrize Siemens interfaces for Modbus RTU. Not for Phoenix AXL SE RS 485.

That was the question, possible we already have some sample blocks to parametrize the Phoenix Com module for Modbus RTU in TIA Portal.

That was the question, possible we already have some sample blocks to parametrize the Phoenix Com module for Modbus RTU in TIA Portal.

You are using the correct command set. The earlier MB_xxx instructions did not do communication to external RS485 cards at all. You are using beyond V3.1 of the Modbus instructions, right? 

From the error message (original question) I would assume that that there is some issue with the resource ID. Check the help file in the software, there are some deeper diagnostics you can do. to verify. Look up the error code. Also make 100% sure that the hardware configuration is properly downloaded.

Siemens makes no guarantee that anything other than ET200 hardware will work. You might be very unlucky that nobody steps forward to assist. Since time has passed, try contacting Phoenix Contact. Also use the "Support Request" link to ask the question from Siemens. The worst that Can happen is that they say they cannot help you.
