I don't know about an easy way to find the ID, but if it's just for getting an URL you could also use the MLFB for it.

Going with your example it would look like this:

As already mentioned by BigMek, you can use the MLFB instead of the ID in the URL. In this case the web server will respond with a status 302 and redirect to the URL containing the ID. So it would be possible, for example, to create a Python script that parses this response and returns the ID to an MLFB that you specify.
