Set MV=0 on PIDCONL

I noticed there's only SP to control in the PIDConL but not MV, so if i want to close the control valve, i should set MV=0 to the PIDConL right? If I use MV_ForOn to force MV=0, the MV will return back to the last MV set after i reset MV_ForOn..

Oreca Platinum Expert Joined: 3/14/2008 Last visit: 12/28/2025 Posts: 2233 Rating: (987)	Hi, You can use tracking to set the MV to a specific value like 0.0: MV_TrkOn = TRUE MV_Trk = 0.0 What I do in most cases, I will set SP_Ext to 0.0 as well. After releasing MV tracking (MV_TrkOn = FALSE), the MV will start from 0.0.
