Hi All,

I have to send production data to an erp system and that system can only accept data with a http post request.

So I'm trying to setup a V19 project, with the V2.2 comm controller lib and using the LHTTP_PostPut block.

I am testing this with a 1510SP-1 cpu.

I first have to get a token from that webserver, I tested sending the requested login data via postman and that works fine.

No when I try this with my plc (connected to the same network as where i tested with postman), I get stuck with the TSEND_C block which gives a status 8601 and substatus 80E1 and statenumber 3

When I looked further for the substatus, this should come from the TCONN block, meaning that there is a problem with the handshaking with the server.

I followed the necessery steps for security and certificates from the lib manual, so server certificate comes from the server webpage and the plc has a self-signed certificate.

How can I determine what exactly goes wrong here?

Have you tried with a logic error in this outputs? Sometimes this states are usually overwritted. Maybe can helps you to define the state

Logging the status of the PostPut block was one of the first things I did, It goes from 7000 to 7001, then 7002 (is all correct) and then to 8601.

This means the TSEND_C block and I did a log of the TCON (inside of the TSEND_C bock) status and that one goes from 7001 to 7002 and then 80E1

The  IT guys from the ERP system can't (or won't) help me much... So I have no idea if it is a problem with the certificate or some other problem...
