Would you kind to help me with a comm problem ?

There is a 1500 PLC (6ES7 518-4AP00-0AB0) ,hw 2.9.4, TIA V18.

A TP1500 V2 panel (6AV2124-0QC02-0AX1) was added to this project recently, this project worked fine in tia portal simulation mode connected to 1500. However, comm error occurred after project download to the panel.

Both of these two topic was read, hardware configuration download to 1500, the "Only allow secure PG/PC and HMI communication" function was deactivated.

I can ping 1500 and comfort panel with my laptop, so network shall be OK.

you can also open on the TP1500 a command prompt (with windows taskbar on the Panel) and try a PING from TP1500 to the PLC

-> Check also if you have set the correct Date/Time in the Panel and in the PLC

which Image Version do you use on the Panel?

Later I found it was caused by the system date mismatch.

The touch panel worked after datetime was configured.
