OPC communication between two PC's

Both the PC's are having Step7,WinCC & OPC Scout. One PC is having Step7 program with integrated WinCC.The wincc runtime is connected with PLC Simulator on ethernet. Another PC is connected with the first one by an ethernet cable.There is no program in secondPC. I made the DCOM settingsfor "OPCServer.WinCC" in both the PC's.I am unable to access the tags of the fisrt PCat the OPC scout of the second PC. Cananybody please send the manual for the "OPC communication between two PC's" orexplain mehow to do it.
