Hi,

I have a problem with powermanager modul on Windows 11 with Desigo CC V7.

After I configured the powermanager modul, I've imported one device. After the import I checked the device. In the overview tab everything was good but in the charts tab I can only see this text:

"undefined: Cannot fetch data for chart."

I tried the modul with the same project on a Windows 10 virtual machine and everything worked well.

After that I've reinstalled the windows 11 and the desigo CC but I have the same issue now.

I've installed the latest Desigo CC and the quality update too.

Any ideas?

I have a suspicion, but I don't have an own Win11 system with Powermanager at hand to check it.

Have you done this?
