Hi,

I have a PXC100-E.D programmed for monitoring system(T/RH, DP sensors and Offline trends for them).
The PLC is crashing every 24 hours with the following logs:

Normal Start, No Coldstart Reason, Runtime Error, Exception Software Emulation

After this the PLC starts again and I have missing data in the trends while the PLC was not working. I cannot find these errors and the meaning of Exception Software Emulation.
I used the trendlog calculation utility and saw that the size of the buffers for the offline trends is high, but when I try to change it it just goes back(I tried with reseting the counter for Desigo CC then form XWorks I tried to change it while online and it just goes back to the original buffer size, I also tried to change it offline and then download the program but same thing happens, it downloads the changes and reverts to its original size). I don't know if the buffer size is the reason for the crashing. 
How can I find out the reason for the runtime error?
