Hi everyone When intalling the TIA Portal V19 package on a laptop having Windows 11 Enterprise 10.0.22631 (guess it is the 23H2 right?), the sytem configuration stage failed. I manage to conclude the installation but when checking, I found that one of the five software modules, the "Tia Administrator" was missing. I tried to run the TIA anyway and manged to create new project. When adding a new device, I realised that "controllers" menu was not shown. Just the "HMI" and "PC Systems". When selecting on of the available devices I got errors and TIA shutted down. I tried to repair the installation and I got the attached logfile. I did the same installation on a personal laptop having Windows 10 Pro 22H2, and it worked 100% right! No issues at all. I did a check on the compatibility tool and Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2 (10.0.22631) seems to be compatible. Can this be something about enterprise security settings or is it any incompatibility with this version of Windows 11? Any hint? Apreciate your help. Hello Fravit, Have you tried reinstalling TIA Portal V19? My recommendation is to reinstall it, ensuring that all firewall and anti-virus software on your computer is disabled during the process and with a user with administrator rights. To ckeck if the Windows version is compatible with TIA V19, write "winver" in the Windows bar. Then, go to Compatibility Tool and download the compatibility list for Windows 11. In that file, you will be able to check whether V19 is released for your Windows version Good luck ✨ |
