To communicate between two CPUs (A&B), I can use Send/Receive block without any issue. However when I try to do AS-AS wide connection, CPU B cannot receive the signal. I've tested using a simple TimerP block.

I've activated my connection, downloaded and is showing "Set up", but still not communicating between AS. It was working fine previously though, I will retry deleting the connections and set it up again. Thank you

Are the AS wide connections downloaded in Netpro? 

You can check the status by opening NetPro of the AS project and then PLC->Activate connection status.
