For the S7-1200 PLC, is it possible to load a program through a memory card without needing to connect to TIA Portal?

In the case of an old project where the program has been formatted from both the PLC and HMI, I would like to know if it's feasible to load the program onto the PLC and HMI by sending a memory card with the program pre-loaded (since the system is located far away).

Would this approach work, or are there any specific steps or considerations to be aware of?

I need to load the program onto a remote HMI. One HMI is in the office, and the other one is far away (Both HMIs are TP700 Comfort Panel) .Can I take a backup from the office HMI to a USB drive, then send it to the client so they can load the program onto their panel using this USB drive?

Can I use a program card instead of a transfer card to load the program? If I send the transfer card, can it be used for multiple PLCs? Do they need to remove the transfer card from PLC after the program has been loaded to PLC?

Also, if I insert a new SIMATIC memory card into an office PLC, load the program, and then take it back and send it to the client, can they simply insert it into their PLC and the program will automatically load onto their PLC, assuming both PLCs are exactly the same?
