Sicam AK3: change IO address from existing to spare

Hi, in one of our projects SICAM AK3 is used, in that Peripheral cards(PE-6411 model) are also used,in that i want to change IO address from existing to spare. if any one the IO is failed in 16 channel card, iam unable to change input address due to lack of knowledge in Tool box ii software. can any one help to share any document or video regarding my requirement.
