Hi people, 

is there away to change the background of IO field to transparent? 

i have 2 IO fields displaying date set to output mode but i do not have the option to set transparency, i can only change the background colour to match the rest of the display however it sticks out and is quite evident. 

now i can display this as a text box but then i am stuck with hh.mm.ss and i am unsure how to trim in unified. 

i could convert it to a string and do it through the PLC but i feel like there should be an easier way of doing this. any help would be grateful.

you can try opacity = 0, BorderWidth = 0

and also test background color >>> More colors Transparency = 100

Completely overlooked that, i know in comfort panels there is an option in object properties for transparency i did not expect them to place it there.

Hi,

I did not manage to get the IO field transparrent and still get my vallue's displayed.
However I found a different way to show some of my IO related things.

I took a textbox and set the Text Dynamization to "Tag" and got my Tag set.
Now i can see what the tag says on my screen.
