For some reason the Y axis value is less than the current set $MA_SAFE_POS_MINUS, and the NC cannot be started up right now. (eg. "Machine On" pushbutton doesn't work).

I tried to decrease the $MA_SAFE_POS_MINUS a little bit, but after it was reduced, when I reboot the system, it gave me "NC not Ready" and all the light on the control panel went off.

I have not choice but change the $MA_SAFE_POS_MINUS to previouse set value, and reboot again, everything is fine except the "Machine On" button still dead.

Is anybody can teach me what is the right way to fix the 27012 alarm?
