Look at Which Engineering Software can be used with which panels?Uploading with WinCC Flex is only possible, if the Transfer of the current project file from the configuration computer to the operating unit must be performed using the Upload option "Enable backtransfer". About necessary (possible) cable look at What transfer options are available in the various operator panels?
