In WinCC Unified, each client runs its own scope. This means that each client can perform different tasks, such as displaying different screens. Of course, a PLT tag can only be written once and multiplexing can cause problems, but in general there is no need to differentiate.

But to be honest, there seems to be more to your question. So it might be good to tell us more about your requirements.

you can use the WinCC Unified Station Configurator for setting up a specific startscreen for device you use as a client access. This should also work in V19

(in V20 Userspecific startscreens are also possible)
