The problem I am experiencing concerns WinCC v8.0 and its connection with the CJ2M-CPU35 Omron controller. In our factory, we have several controllers from this series installed, including the aforementioned one. Until now, everything has been working fine with the Ethernet/IP driver for Omron. However, issues arose when integrating a new PLC. The controller and WinCC connection have been configured in the same way as before, but this time without success. The SCADA system is unable to connect to the PLC.

We ruled out network-related issues and narrowed the problem down to SCADA. While SCADA is not running in runtime mode, the connection via CX-Programmer to the PLC works. However, the moment SCADA enters runtime, this connection drops. I tried replacing the PLC and discovered that a PLC with firmware version v2.1 works, while one with version v2.2 does not (I tested two PLCs with this firmware, and neither worked).

Has anyone encountered this issue, and is there a solution?

WinCC V8.0 with Update 6 is installed in my factory.

I also tried the connection with WinCC V8.1 Update 2 on the desk in my office, but without success.

I am sending the logs I extracted. The connection with the PLC named EC is problematic.
