In WinCC Unified (TIA Portal) there is no such functionality like in the WinCC V7/8 Tag management where you can just show tag values and quality codes in the table without using it in the screens.

In Unified you can only show Tag values and Quality codes if you use them in an IO Field or Script in the Screens. And if you want to see such information you have to show this in Runtime/simulation.

So there is unfotunately no  kind of "live view" like in a DB that is connected to PLC or like in WInCC V7/8.
