Format SD, reset factory done, all on plc, but nothing to do.

Hello,

I am updating CPU1510SP-1 PN [PLC] from TIA V15.1 to TIA V18.

I have faced the same issue i.e. Download password for confidential PLC configuration data.

So the PLC firmware was changed from V2.9 to V2.8, then the issue was solved. 

the PLC program from TIA PORTAL V18 is downloaded successfully.
