I made a year ago solar tracking program for my dad. It was working pretty well but the tracker failed mechanically and after that the LOGO! had no power for about half year because the tracker electricals were also damaged. Now my dad fixed the tracker and tried to put it on but he told me that he can't get it and ask my help. First I just tried to set the correct date and time and turn it on. The program worked fine otherwise but one hours counter doesn't count the time.

It worked fine before and it should count down from one hour and then put the output on. In simulation it works well and MN time decreases as it should but in the online test in the same situation MN time doesn't decrease. I tried to do a factory reset from LOGO!soft and download the program again but the counter still doesn't work. Does anyone have experience with this? I don't think so but could the LOGO! be broken somehow because when the tracker broke, it blew a 10 amp fuse but my dad didn't remember if it was the same one with the LOGO! on it? There is a 0.8 amp glass tube fuse too before the logo that hadn't blown. Or is there some setting i missed? The LOGO! is 12/24 RCE.

Generally, a block “Hours counter” counts full minutes. Therefor I would check the signal at En of “Hours counter” if it’s long enough.
