I got the solution from Siemens support;

Please check the behaviour after installing the application "Simatic PC Identifier".

It will install the current Simatic device drivers and reinitialize the S7DOS component which is responsible for s7 communication.

then please attach the logfile from the s7epaimp64.

It is located in C:\programdata\siemens\automation\logfiles

      I deleted the data folder, but executing the s7epaIMP64x.exe in cmd shell, the "data" reappeared again but no drivers available in Set PG/PC, kindly find the link for the Logfile folder since it is 16 MB couldn't upload here, for your reference.

 no, because this is no standalone product.

is included in some SIMATIC Product setups.

 Yes, even I tried to recollect as I saw it while installing some Siemens software but couldn't remember it. Thank you btw.

  And did you get any information from the Log files in the link above posted by me ? Kindly let me know.
