Differential pressure transmitter SITRANS P320 strange sensitivity to horizontal position

AutoGen_34885 Joined: 4/8/2025 Last visit: 4/18/2025 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi, When We were working on calibration of new Pressure Transmitters SIEMENS SITRANS P320, we have noticed strange sensitivity to transmitter's horizontal position by making an experience of lifting the high pressure side and low pressure side (roll motion) and observing the measured value. ( See the expercience in the attached video) The experience was made with many siemens transmitter. That thing don't happen with other brands. any explanation ? is it a manufacturing deffect ? (0,25 kPa) change when I rotate a DP transmitter 90° so that the diaphragms are horizontal, instead of the normal vertical orientation Mode 7, zero point correct, is intended to produce a reported 0.00 value with no pressure applied in the final mounting position.
